Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

2. Billing Cycle

  • All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • For subscription-based services, payments will be billed on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan chosen.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be received in full before products or services are delivered.
  • If an invoice is issued, payment must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Late Payments

  • A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on any unpaid balance remaining after the due date.
  • Accounts more than 60 days past due will be suspended until full payment is received.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only for products returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, or if the service provided is canceled within the first 30 days.
  • Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
  • For custom orders or non-refundable services, no refunds will be issued once the order is processed or the service has commenced.

6. Disputed Charges

  • Any disputed charges must be reported within 30 days from the date of the charge. We will investigate and resolve any billing disputes in good faith.

7. Recurring Payments Authorization

  • By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms of your subscription plan.

8. Changes to Payment Information

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their payment information is current and valid. Please notify us of any changes to your payment method at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

  • All payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption methods to protect your data.
